Terms & Conditions

My Child will be taught by the staff employed by Ministry of Dance and that the rules, discipline and uniform of the school will be adhered to at all times.

Fees will be paid by monthly subscription on the 1st day of each and every month.

To give 4 weeks notice in writing to terminate my child's tuition at Ministry of Dance and I understand that failure to do so will result in fees for tuition being paid by us the parent/guardian without dispute and will be pursued through the small claims court if unpaid.

I understand and agree to emergency first aid and medical advice or treatment being sought should the need arise whilst my child(ren) is/are in the care of the teachers of Ministry of Dance.
